Admission Process
Admissions at UpAcademy, Badhainee, open year-round with main intake in April for the new academic session. Parents start by visiting the school office during working hours (9 AM–2 PM, Monday–Saturday) to obtain the registration form. Fill and submit it with a nominal registration fee of ₹500 (non-refundable). Shortlisted candidates undergo a simple interaction or observation session (no formal exam for classes Nursery to 5; basic assessment for higher classes). Final admission confirmation happens within 3–5 days via phone or SMS, followed by fee payment and document verification.
Eligibility Criteria
Nursery: Child must be 2 years 6 months to 3 years 6 months old by April 1.
LKG: 3 years 6 months to 4 years 6 months.
UKG: 4 years 6 months to 5 years 6 months.
Class 1 and above: Age as per UP Education Dept norms (e.g., Class 1: 5.5–6.5 years); priority to siblings of current students, children of staff, and local Badhainee residents.
Previous academic records reviewed for Classes 2+; 75% attendance and good conduct required from prior school. Reserved seats (15%) for SC/ST/OBC as per govt rules.
Required Documents
Submit originals for verification and one photocopy set:
Child’s birth certificate (issued by municipality/hospital).
Aadhaar card or equivalent ID of child, father, and mother.
Proof of residence (ration card, voter ID, electricity bill).
Mark sheets/report cards from previous school (last 2 years).
Transfer certificate (TC) and migration certificate (if from outside UP).
Passport-size photos: 6 of child, 4 each of parents.
Medical fitness certificate from registered doctor.
Caste/income certificate for EWS/reservation claims.
All documents must be current; incomplete submissions delay admission.

Sibling discount: 10% on 2nd child; full scholarships for top performers/merit cases.
Receipts issued immediately; no admission without first quarterly payment.
Important Guidelines
Seats limited (50 Nursery, 40 each higher class); apply early.
No admission after 31st July without valid reason.
Parents must attend orientation on joining day.
Refund policy: Full deduction if withdrawn before session start; 50% after 1 month.
